Statements made herein have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The SideKick Vaporizer is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements made herein are for informational purposes only, as we are not advising or prescribing herbs for any medical condition or specific use. Know the published dosage and effects of every herb you ingest. Certain plant materials when vaporized may emit toxic or flammable vapors, and the manufacturer disclaims any materials other than those listed in our literature. Herbal vaporizers are intended only for responsible adults 18 and older. The SideKick Vaporizer is not to be used for illegal purposes. It is up to users to know whether the device is legal in their state.
 

Limited 30 Day Warranty

7th Floor, LLC (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser only (the “Purchaser” or “you”) that The SideKick Vaporizer will, except for glass, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days, accidental glass breakage not included. Warranty periods commence upon delivery of the SideKick vaporizer.  Upon delivery, the Purchaser must immediately inspect the SideKick vaporizer for conformity and visible defects. If, during any applicable warranty period: (i) the Company is notified promptly in writing by letter or email upon discovery of any defect in the SideKick vaporizer, including a detailed description of such defect; (ii) other than claims for glass, the Purchaser returns  the SideKick vaporizer to the Company at the Company’s facility as provided in “Warranty Claims” below; and (iii) the Company’s examination of the SideKick vaporizer discloses to the Company’s satisfaction that the SideKick vaporizer is defective and such defects are not caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, normal wear and tear, improper testing, or use contrary to any instructions issued by the Company, then within a reasonable time the Company shall (at its sole option) either repair, replace or credit the purchaser for the SideKick vaporizer at no charge other than shipping. The performance of this warranty does not extend the warranty period for any SideKick vaporizer beyond that period applicable to the SideKick vaporizer originally delivered. This limited warranty excludes defects due to normal wear and tear or deterioration, or products that have been subject to misuse, mishandling, accident, alteration, neglect, or abuse. Furthermore, this limited warranty shall not apply to the use of products in any application or environment that is not within the Company’s specifications or in the event of any act, error, neglect or default of the Purchaser or other users. THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE COMPANY’S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF PURCHASER, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER NONCONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. The Purchaser acknowledges that except for such limited warranty, the SideKick Vaporizer is provided “as is.”

 

Limited 1 Year Warranty

In order to get a year warranty (the “Purchaser” or “you”) must register your SideKick Vaporizer with 7th Floor LLC (the “Comapany”) at https://7thfloorvapes.com/index.php/seventhfloorvapes/productregistration/ .  After the registration, 7th Floor will grant the Purchaser a free extended warranty for another 9 months, giving the “Purchaser” a total of year (12 months).   7th Floor LLC warrants to the original purchaser only that The SideKick Vaporizer will, except for glass, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the Purchaser’s year warranty period, accidental glass breakage not included. Warranty periods commence upon delivery of the SideKick vaporizer.  Upon delivery, the Purchaser must immediately inspect the SideKick vaporizer for conformity and visible defects. The Purchaser acknowledges that except for such limited warranty, the SideKick Vaporizer is provided “as is.”

Voided Warranty

The warranty is void on the SideKick portable vaporizer if and when:

  1. Any liquids are spilled on the unit

  2. The unit is opened to get to the electronics by anyone other than 7th Floor

  3. Any misuse or damage done from mishandling is not covered by the warranty

 

 

Limited 7 Year Ceramic Heater Warranty

7th Floor, LLC (the “Company”) warrants to the original purchaser only (the “Purchaser” or “you”) that The SideKick Vaporizer ceramic heater will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 5 years.  If, during any applicable warranty period: (i) the Company is notified promptly in writing upon discovery of any defect in the SideKick’s Ceramic Heater, including a detailed description of such defect; (ii) the Purchaser returns  the SideKick vaporizer to the Company at the Company’s facility as provided in “Warranty Claims” below; and (iii) the Company’s examination of the SideKick ‘s ceramic heater discloses to the Company’s satisfaction that the SideKick’s ceramic heater is defective and such defects are not caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, normal wear and tear, improper testing, or use contrary to any instructions issued by the Company, then within a reasonable time the Company shall (at its sole option) either repair, replace or credit the purchaser for the SideKick vaporizer at no charge other than shipping.


Warranty Claims

To make a claim under the limited warranty, you must provide a copy of your purchase receipt or prove date of purchase. To make a claim contact the Company at 866-835-6418 or email customercare@7thfloorvapes.com, subject: “SideKick Warranty.”

Shipping costs for repairs must be prepaid before sending in your SideKick Vaporizer. You must call or email customer service at 866-835-6418 or customercare@7thfloorvapes.com. Once payment is made for shipping, the Company will email you a return shipping label that is required for sending a Super Surfer Vaporizer in for repair. Packages that do not have a Company-provided shipping label will be refused.


When sending your SdieKick Vaporizer in for repair you will need to do the following:

-Remove the glass;

-Clean The SideKick of all residue (if it is not cleaned there will be an additional $10 charge);

-Please include a note explaining the issue you are experiencing, your return name and address, and email address for confirmation of receipt.

DO NOT send any glass accessories with the unit; these will not be returned to you and you will be responsible for replacing them.

 

Limitation of Liability

The user of the SideKick assumes full liability for improper usage of the SideKick. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for claims arising out of or relating to the SideKick shall be for actual damages, and the Company’s liability for all losses and damages of any type whatsoever, whether on account of negligence, breach of warranty or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the SideKick with respect to which such losses or damages occur, or at the option of the Company the repair or replacement of the SideKick. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages of any type whatsoever, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or use, incurred by Purchaser or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, strict liability or imposed by statute or otherwise. The limitation of warranties, damages and liability set forth above is intended to apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

 

WARNING! Opening the SideKick Vaporizer and tampering with wires, PCB or heater voids the warranty. There is no reason to open the SideKick. All service work is only to be done by the Company or authorized servicers, or under the specific instruction of a 7th Floor Customer Care representative.

The Silver Surfer Vaporizer, Super Surfer Vaporizer, Da Buddha Vaporizer, Life Saber Vaporizer, SideKick Vaporizer, and Elev8 Glass are not a medical devices and are
not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any ailment, disease or other conditions. The 7th Floor Vaporizers are not intended to administer medicinal
or illegal products of any kind and are not intended for use with any substance that may affect the structure or any function of the body. If you have any health
problems consult your doctor or pharmacist before using. The Silver Surfer Vaporizer, Super Surfer Vaporizer, Da Buddha Vaporizer, Life Saber Vaporizer,
SideKick Vaporizer, and Elev8 Glass are not designed, nor intended for use with any material that is not lawful or may cause harm. The lawful and proper use of this
device is a condition of sale. Any improper use of any 7th Floor vaporizers voids the warranty. Any illegal use of these devices could subject the user to fines, penalties
and/or imprisonment under the law of your jurisdiction. All comments and testimonials presented, in any form, by customers are not and do not represent the opinions of the manufacturers.
